I really wanted to have a go at seeing this idea working, so I've made a little animation test in Flash. I know the smoke on the houses isn't moving, and the clouds should be moving at different speeds, but it gave me a nice idea on how I would want it to look if I made it. I'm going to try and get a rough storyboard going next. I also need to do a bit more designing.
By the way, I did have a nice mov. file but it wouldn't let me upload it for some reason, so I've compressed it to avi. Sorry about the quality! Also, there's no sound yet...
