I'm painting my aunt's nursery this weekend in a jungle theme, ready for the arrival of their baby next month. This little doodle shows some of the colours I want to use. I've gone for one brown colour for the tree trunks and branches and two seperate greens for the foliage, and I've decided to limit the number of animals I paint to save on colour costs. I'm thinking the walls will be painted a natural creamy/yellow colour. They don't know if it's a boy or a girl so it's probably best to keep it as gender-neutral as possible. I'm sorta looking forward to doing it! I'll make sure to get some photos up when it's done. Might be something quite interesting for the portfolio anyway.
