Neon City WIP
Still not finished just yet. It looks a little more complete with the texture on it. I still haven't made the lights on in the building to the right and the glow got a bit too intense when I put the texture on. I found a really nice wallpaper (thanks National Geographic!) which I've been using as one of my many references.
