Got some feedback today on my concept images. My tutor really likes the idea and can see where it's going, and thinks I just need to tweak some of these visuals. She liked the odd-ly shaped trees and thought I should try some different colours on them. So I did. I was beginning to think this was one of the weaker images I made, as it was drawn straight into Illustrator (no pencil sketch scanned in as a guide), but as soon as the lighting and textures went on, I'm really happy with it. I think my final design will include these trees because lots of people liked them, and these colours too, because I think there's more variety. I'm going to tweak my colour script next, and get that looking really strong.
